Pie Crust - Lorraine T.


1 cup Butter Crisco
2 cup Flour
1 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
1 T. sugar

Cut together with fork till all mixed and shortening is blended
Add:
1/4 - 1/2 cup Orange Juice (a little at a time just till dough sticks together)

Divide into 2 balls.  Shape and roll out on floured counter or board when 1/2 - 1" larger than pie pan - fold in half and transfer to pan.

Cream Pie - Cut off edges, crimp, and pierce with a fork evenly over crust - Bake for 8 min. @ 350 degrees.

Pie with baked filling - Add filling to pie pan w/ crust - Roll out top crust, fold in half and transfer - crimp edges to keep filling from bubbling over - cut air slits on top - sprinkle with sugar.  Bake 20-30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
