Artichoke Dip - Melanie M.


1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese

Mix together and add:
1 c. marinated artichoke hearts (cut up)

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with chips

German Pancakes - Melanie M.

German Pancake

Melt 5 Tbsp butter or margarine in a 9 x 13 pan in oven.

Beat 6 eggs

Add 1 cup milk

1 cup flour

½ tsp salt

Pour into buttered pan.

Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

Revel Bars


Crust:

1 cup butter

2 cups brown sugar

2 eggs

2 t. vanilla

2 ½ cups flour

1 t. soda

1 t. salt

3 cups quick oatmeal


Mix all this together and press onto cookie sheet (large 13 by 18). Save 1/3 of the mixture for the topping.


Filling:

1 can sweetened condensed milk

12 oz. milk chocolate chips

2 T. butter

½ t. salt

1 t. vanilla

Optional: 1 c. nuts


Melt together the filling ingredients….you can use the microwave. (I started the chocolate first and got it melted, and then added the rest)

Pour over the crust. Take the remaining crust mixture and make balls and flatten them and place on the chocolate. There will be chocolate showing! You also use lots of flour on your hands!

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Tuna Casserole - Melanie M.



¼ cup noodles (about 1 cup raw)

1 cup milk

1 can drain tuna

1 cup cheese

1 can black olives

          mushrooms

          peas

Cook noodles and rinse in hot water.

Bring to boil soup, milk and tuna.  Stir in noodles and everything else you want.  Put in buttered casserole dish.  Warm at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Caramels - Melanie M.


Microwave Caramels

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 can sweet and condensed milk
1 cube real butter (can use margarine)
1 cup Karo syrup

Mix together
Put in microwave
Cook for 12 minutes on hight, stirring every 2-3 minutes
Pour in buttered 9X13 pan
Let cool and cut

Taco Soup - Melanie Miller & ???




1 lb hamburger
1 med. Onion
Brown together

Put in crock pot:
Browned hamburger
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Italian tomatoes
1 can vegetable beef soup
¼ cup salsa
1 T. taco seasoning
1 t. chili powder

Top each individual bowl with whatever you like:
Cheese
Fritos
Sour Cream
Other chips
