Pumpkin Cake - Kristi D.

Mix and press into 9x13 pan:
1 yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1 egg
1/2 c. melted cooled butter


Mix and pour over cake:
1 lb. 13 oz. canned pumpkin
2 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Mix and sprinkle on top:
1 cup reserved cake mix
1/4 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. softened butter

Bake 350 degrees for 50 min.

serve hot with cool whip
